ICPMAT Conference: University of Toyama visits the Politecnico di Torino
On the occasion of the 17th ICPMAT (International Conference on the Physical Properties and Application of Advanced Materials), which took place from 24th to 27th of October at the Castello del Valentino and Lingotto Fiere in Turin, a delegation of 8 professors and 12 Ph.D. students from the University of Toyama was hosted at the Politecnico di Torino.
It was the opportunity to discuss about possible future collaboration both in the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2021 between the Politecnico di Torino and University of Toyama and the Japan Hub.
Prof. Marco Actis Grande, of the Department of Applied Science and Technology (DISAT) and his colleague from University of Toyama, Prof. Kenji Matsuda, Director of the Depart di Materials Science and Engineering it was discussed about possible sinergies for Material science in the field of the Japan Hub activities.
