Biography

I am a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino (Bioengineering and medical-surgical sciences). I could describe myself as a highly organized and curious individual, passionate about cardiovascular mechanics and prostheses. I’m motivated to give my best by learning and improving every day, expanding my professional experience. Thrilled to be constantly involved in new working circumstances and to be inspired by expert professionals. My PhD project aims at developing novel exploration and optimization approaches by means of affordable tools for assisting clinical diagnostics and decision support in the biomedical devices field, coupled with a better understanding of physiological systems, in specific in the field of cardiovascular diseases. The objectives of the research activity within my Doctoral program so far were three-sided, and all of them mostly grounded on biomechanics, biomaterials, and cardiovascular computational modeling.
