Alvise Trincanato Prize
The “Alvise Trincanato” Prize is established by the non-profit association “A testa in su”, in collaboration with the Centro Internazionale di Studi di Architettura Andrea Palladio, with the aim of supporting young scholars in memory of Alvise Trincanato, a doctoral researcher in the History of Architecture at IUAV Venice who passed away prematurely in 2019.
The purpose of the Prize is the publication of an original study in the field of the history of early modern architecture.
Eligible are scholars of any nationality who have been awarded a doctoral degree with a dissertation in the History of Architecture within the last five years, that is, no earlier than 1 January 2019.
