Alberto Piovano is a PhD candidate in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. His research explores sustainability and quality in the agri-food industry, with a focus on digital transformation, process optimization, and the impact of certifications on corporate performance. He has also gained professional experience in open innovation at Leonardo S.p.A. and in consulting.
