5 years against phishers: attack techniques, protection design and lessons learned

On Wednesday, 6 December 2023 in Aula 1 of the Politecnico, there will be the third meeting of the series of seminars related to the novel Master's Degree in Cybersecurity. These seminars include in-depth lessons and discussions on cybersecurity topics from experts. After each seminar, the participants and the experts will have an informal discussion phase.

The third seminar is entitled "5 years against phishers: attack techniques, protection design and lessons learned", and it will be held by Stefano Traverso (Co-Founder of Ermes Cyber Security). Stefano Traverso will discuss some of the main phishing techniques, describing some of the protection tools and methodologies, and report the experiences learned in five years of activity against this increasingly widespread and sophisticated type of attack.

All students, doctoral students, and teachers curious to delve deeper into Cybersecurity issues are invited to participate.
