We offer online recruitment services and on-campus recruiting events (tech talks, recruiting days, tailor-made events, company open days and career fairs) to help you connect with the students and graduates who best match your organizational needs. We will preselect candidates for you and give you a list of potential recruits.

We can implement your employer branding strategies through targeted on-campus actions with the support of PoliTO communication channels. We can promote your mission and career opportunities to our students and graduates to help you attract and recruit our talents.

We build targeted communication plans together with our partner companies. We use different tools, such as direct mailing lists, PoliTo web site, electronic monitors, social networks.

Our team meets new employers every day and can help your company to understand how university works and to get familiar with PoliTO course catalogue. You can analyse labour market trends with the support of our staff to identify services and activities that can connect you with our students and graduates.
