Biography
Fabrizio Mo is research assistant at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications of Politecnico di Torino, where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2024 in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. His primary research topics are single-molecule organic sensors, semiconductor sensors, and electronic devices. His research interests also include molecular electronics, transport in nanodevices, and nanotechnology, especially for beyond-CMOS systems.
