Biography

Andrea Prestia (Turin, Italy, 1996) received both his Bachelor and Master degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in 2018 and 2020, respectively.
Since 2020 he is a member of the Micro and Nano Electronic System (MiNES) group and pursues his research activity in the rehabilitation field under the supervision of Prof. Danilo Demarchi.
In November 2021 he started his Ph.D. journey in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, with the research title "Bio-Inspired Wearable Electronics for Rehabilitation".
His interests include the design and development of biomedical systems for motor rehabilitation, and he is primarily involved in software development for the control of their dynamic interactions in real-time.
