In the present thesis, synthesis of powders and thin films of BiVO4 were explained. Powders of BiVO4 were synthesized using co-precipitation and hydrothermal synthesis procedures. The powders of BiVO4 along with Tungsten and Molybdenum dopant elements were synthesized using hydrothermal synthesis.
