SHiFT YRC Summer School 2026

The SHiFT YRC Summer School 2026 is a 3-day (15-17 July 2026) focused workshop designed to support PhD candidates and early-career researchers in navigating career development, professional identity, and future career pathways both within and beyond academia. The program combines reflective coaching tools, practical career guidance, peer exchange, and professional development activities to help participants build confidence and clarity regarding their next career steps.

The SHIFT YRC Summer School is organised at PoliTO in the frame of COST-ACTION SHiFT (Social Sciences and Humanities for Transformation and Climate Resilience) and its Young Researchers Council.
