The objective of the project is to introduce innovative approaches to multi-sectoral knowledge sharing to ensure adequate preparedness and response to combined and all hazards emergencies. The network CRISPRO will enable international collaboration in the face of transregional and international disasters and strengthen the effectiveness of responding in crisis situations. CRISPRO will benchmark data, competencies and best practices concerning the preparedness and mitigation of combined emergencies and their associated challenges. We will introduce a European universal tool/matrix for benchmarking of practical experiences and provide friendly and efficient guides for risk assessment, preparedness and minimise the damage of combined emergencies, all hazards. We will lay the foundations of a functional framework for the practical strategic planning of responses to combined hazards of societal, health pandemic, humanitarian and ecological emergencies. By taking the advantages of technologies and behavioural community models, we will act as an open network for rapid exchange of practical experience, assessment of risks, and disaster-triggered impacts. CRISPRO will gather partners, networks, past/ongoing project initiatives, and also integrate knowledge with any widespread and borderless health deceases, and face the most significant risks of all time: the climate emergency, safety and security of societies and disaster resilience of the communities. CRISPRO is a diversified consortium of public and private actors, scientists, security, health, and civic awareness and educational associations from Slovakia, France, the Czech Republic, Portugal and Finland. We do also involve associated stakeholders from Bulgaria, Finland, Italy, Spain and East and Central Europe Associations of Municipalities and Regions. Key deliverables: one innovative crisis management approach/method, six dissemination events, one booklet of good practices, projects and advance technologies, four TTT webinars, ten national capacity-building activities, two international field exercises, one communication platform, a data-sharing toolbox, 20 agreements
