Biography

I have always been passionate about mathematics and physics. In fact, after high school, I started a Bachelor's degree course in Physics at the University of Turin, which later led to a Master's degree in Nuclear and Subnuclear Physics.
During my academic path, I attended some courses in electronics that turned out to be very interesting. In the meanwhile I have also become familiar with Arduino and Raspberry devices for some personal and academic activities.
In my master's thesis work, I was involved in the electronics design of a monolithic sensor which I am now testing, during my PhD. I will later develop an improved version with some additional functionalities.
One of my most important projects was the construction of a cloud chamber using Peltier cells, that is currently being used by the Italian Association of Physics Students (AISF) for divulgation purposes.
