His work includes collaborating with a wide range of organizations, from large corporations to SMEs and startups, to understand their unique challenges and opportunities in adopting sustainable procurement. Stefano is developing specific expertise in analyzing and integrating innovative supply chain management techniques with social and environmental sustainability. He applies a bottom-up perspective to understand how suppliers can strategically organize and implement sustainable practices, ultimately influencing procurement strategies.
His ultimate goal is to contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future by promoting responsible sourcing and extended collaboration across the entire supply chain.

Affiliated with Social Innovation Teams (SIT) and Social Innovation Monitor (SIM), Stefano is also actively engaged in the in-depth analysis of incubators, startup studios, and venture builders. The objective is to make research concretely useful and applicable for policymakers and stakeholders, while also providing updated information to innovative actors and third-sector organizations on the evolving Italian ecosystem.
