Biography

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Politecnico di Torino, 10/2017 - 10/2020) and master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, specialization in “Biomechanics” (Politecnico di Torino, 10/2020 - 10/2022). Thesis conducted at PolitoBIOMed Lab and focused on the mechanical characterization (in vitro and in silico) of surgical meshes employed in the treatment of abdominal hernias.
Job experience as mechanical designer in an engineering company (Cometto SpA, 01/2023 - 11/2024).
PhD program in Bioengineering and Medical-Surgical Sciences, dedicated to the study of vertebral segments using different numerical modeling techniques (Politecnico di Torino and Università degli Studi di Torino, 11/2024 - ).
