Biography

Pompeo Marco Gaudiosi obtained a bachelor in Biomedical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino in 2020. Following that, he obtained his master degree in Biomedical Engineering (Bionanotechnology) at Politecnico di Torino with the thesis "Computational modeling of fibronectin, integrin and their complexes: search for inhibitors of its interactions with integrins". After a brief period being an automation software engineer consultant at Italdesign with the consultant company Teoresi, he started his PhD in Applied Sciences and Technology at Politecnico di Torino (XXXIX Cycle), where he currently focuses on designing a diabetic-foot-ulcer on chip for treatment and drug screening, combining 3D bioprinting, microfluidics, biomaterials, and tissue engineering.
