Biography

Hongye Wu is a PhD student in Architecture, History and Project at Politecnico di Torino and a member of the Transitional Morphologies Research Centre. Her research lies at the intersection of urban morphology, urban design, and spatial analysis, with a particular focus on urban porosity and open forms. Her broader interests include urban regeneration, public and collective spaces, adaptive reuse, historical urban fabrics, post-industrial landscapes, and, especially, the relationship between built form and everyday life.
