Biography

I obtained a BSc (2019) and a MSc in Computer Engineering (2021) at Politecnico di Torino, with a thesis about designing a state observer based on neural networks for controlling nonlinear systems, applied to robust satellite attitude control, overtaking the performance of Extended Kalman Filters by several orders of magnitude.
I worked as RPA Consultant at Reply in 2022, then I started a PhD in Computer Engineering (2022-present) at Politecnico di Torino.
My research is focused on the application of quantum computing to machine learning and to industrial use cases. I spent two months in 2023 at Fermilab (Chicago, USA)¿¿ working on machine learning applied to controlling superconducting qubits with cryogenic electronics.
