Research topics

  • Heterogeneous catalysis using catalysts for the reduction of pollutants produced by hydrogen or hybrid engines. The presence of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas mixture of hydrogen engines constitutes one of the problems of this technology. Their reduction is achieved through the use of catalysts typical of those used for LNT, but also SCR catalysts. Research involves the synthesis, characterisation, and testing of the catalysts.
