Decisioni condivise per l’inclusione sociale e l’innovazione oltre i progetti energetici
DECISIO promotes an inclusive energy transition by applying decision-support methodologies to the selection and evaluation of social impact projects within Renewable and Solidarity Energy Communities (Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili e Solidali – CERs).
The project addresses the need to equip non-profit organisations and Third Sector Organisations (TSOs) with tools that enable investments to be directed towards measurable social outcomes. In collaboration with Fondazione Energie di Comunità ETS, DECISIO develops and tests a socio-economic evaluation model that uses the structured assessment of project alternatives—co-designed with members of the Renewable and Solidarity Energy Communities—to support fairer and more participatory energy and social policies.
DECISIO catalyzes participatory decision-making by helping communities articulate their needs and priorities while providing decision-makers with practical tools to allocate resources fairly. In doing so, it fosters inclusive, transparent, and replicable processes for achieving a socially just energy transition.
DECISIO aims to generate a structural transformation in the governance of Renewable and Solidarity Energy Communities and in the decision-making practices of Third Sector Organisations by translating the principles of equity and transparency into operational evaluation frameworks.
The project will strengthen long-term expertise in participatory evaluation and establish Fondazione Energie di Comunità ETS as a permanent hub for collaborative decision-making, supporting the equitable allocation of resources and the promotion of social innovation across local communities.
The impact of DECISIO will be assessed through an integrated system of quantitative and qualitative indicators designed to provide a structured evaluation of the economic, social, and territorial outcomes generated by the implementation of its redistributive governance model.
