The collaboration between the Dalla Stessa Parte Social Cooperative and the Polytechnic University of Turin involved the Department of Management and Production Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Turin in defining innovation guidelines and exploring business opportunities for the Cooperative. 

The project phases therefore had the following objectives: 

• to analyse the projects within the company portfolio, the opportunities for innovation, the different positioning possibilities and which segments and communication methods could be used by the cooperative;
• to structure new operational processes necessary for structured and efficient functioning, so as to also support the new innovation guidelines;

to analyse financing opportunities to support innovative processes.
