O
biettivo generale del progetto è avvicinare lo studente al mondo dell’ingegneria chimica attraverso i principi base dell’ingegneria stessa e l’ingegnerizzazione delle biotecnologie industriali per scoprirne le potenzialità, la ricchezza dei contenuti e il ruolo fondamentale che rivestono per contribuire allo sviluppo di nuovi modelli di sostenibilità. In particolare, allo studente è richiesto di: o Apprendere i principi delle biotecnologie, la loro applicazione ed il ruolo nella società odierna o Apprendere i principi dell’economia circolare e la loro realizzazione mediante le biotecnologie e la chimica verde o Conoscere cosa sono le bioraffinerie e le loro potenzialità nell’ottica di una economia a ridotta produzione di rifiuti o Apprendere i principi della Sostenibilità e la sua definizione; focus sulla sostenibilità dei processi esposti o Apprendere come condurre un bio-processo in laboratorio attraverso diverse esperienze pratiche
