QS World University Rankings by subject 2025: excellent results for Architecture and Art History

The excellent result obtained by PoliTO in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025 in the Architecture and the Built Environment subject ranking - 20th position worldwide - confirms the path of excellence undertaken by the subject area Departments and strengthens their image and success at the international level.

Also, the top ranking recorded in Art History subject - 11th worldwide – recognizes PoliTO excellence in such an important field as cultural heritage, thanks also to the technical-scientific expertise that a technological university such as the PoliTO offers, that allows an openness to new and multicultural approaches in the areas of recovery and valorization of historical heritage.

Among the tangible signs of PoliTO commitment to support a path of continuous improvement and internationalization are both the creation of the Campus of Architecture, Design and Planning at Valentino - a unique place dedicated to training and research in these disciplines - and the development of cooperation activities such as those currently underway in Ethiopia and China, in which the PoliTO expertise in major international projects of architectural design and historical recovery are highlighted.
