Politecnico closures for the summer holidays for the year 2024

Politecnico will be closed for the summer holidays 2024 on the following dates and times.

HEADQUARTER OF THE POLITECNICO

• Head office - Corso Duca degli Abruzzi and Castello del Valentino closed from Saturday 10 August to Sunday 18 August 2024
• Head office - Cittadella Politecnica closed from Monday 29 July to Sunday 25 August 2025
• Energy Center closed from Saturday 10 August to 18 August 2024. From 29 July to 9 August, as well as from 19 August to 25 August, the Energy Center will also be closed on Saturdays
• Morgari closed from Monday 29 July to Sunday 1^th September 2024
• Lingotto closed from Monday 3^rd August to Sunday 25 August 2024
• Mirafiori closed from Monday 3^rd August to Sunday 25 August 2024
• Alessandria closed from Saturday 10 August to Sunday 18 August 2024
• Mondovì closed from Monday 29 July to Sunday 25 August 2024

​Attached is the complete table with the opening hours of the locations and further information on access.

During the periods of closure indicated, it will not be possible to access Politecnico premises as the services required to guarantee the minimum conditions of safety and hygiene at work (including cooling, cleaning service, lift operation, access control) will not be available.

The security guard, which will be kept operational only at the Corso Duca degli Abruzzi 24 premises, will be authorised to allow access only to:

• On-call personnel
• Technicians assigned to follow previously organised maintenance activities that cannot be suspended during the closure periods;
• Users who, for reasons of urgency, need access to their offices and will have to register at the same garrison for this purpose.

The telephone switchboard service (011-090102) will also be suspended during the closure days; the landline number of the concierge's office in Corso Duca degli Abruzzi (011-0906666) will remain active for general information only.

Headquarters:

EMPLOYEES' CANTEEN closed from Monday 5 August to Sunday 25 August 2024
reopening Monday 26 August from 12,00 a.m. to 14,30 p.m.

BAR DENISE closed from Monday 12 August to Sunday 1^st September 2024
reopening on Monday 2^nd September from 8,00 a.m. to 3,00 p.m.

BAR VICTORIA closed from Friday 29 July to Sunday 8 September
reopening Monday 9 September with opening hours from 8,00 a.m to 4,30 p.m.

Cittadella:

STUDENT CANTEEN closed from Monday 7 August to Sunday 3 September 2024
reopening Monday 4 September with lunch hours from 12 a.m. to 14:30 p.m. and dinner hours from 19 - 20:30 p.m.

MIXTO closed from Monday 29 July to Sunday 1^st September 2024
reopening on Monday 2^nd September from 8,00 a.m. to 7,00 p.m.

Castello del Valentino:

BAR VALENTINO closed from Monday 29 July to Sunday 1^st September 2024
reopening on Monday 2^nd September from 8,00 a.m. to 7,00 p.m.

Mirafiori:

BAR MIRAFIORI closed from Monday 29 July to Sunday 1^st September 2024
reopening on Monday 2^nd September from 8,00 a.m. to 4,00 p.m.
