9 April 2024 | Using aerosols from condensed vapors for the circular and green economy
- Paolo Tronville presents a dual-purpose system to purify exhaust fumes and recover airborne substances without adding water or chemical additives. This technology favors the condensation of vapors, obtaining a liquid aerosol and a liquid film on cold surfaces. The unit can be closed-loop and adaptable to existing production equipment. A high-efficiency cyclone collects the condensed aerosol in the airstream.

- Professor Tronville's speech is part of the event that starts at 9:30 and ends at 16:00 titled "Closed-loop, sustainable, inclusive factories and processes (SPOKE 5 of the MICS project – Made in Italy Circolare e Sostenibile)". This SPOKE initiative focuses on envisioning a groundbreaking factory concept that is yet to be realised—an innovative facility that is zero-waste, pollution-free, energy-neutral, closed-loop, nature-centric, human-centred, socially-conscious, inclusive, completely safe, self-sustaining, and self-regenerative.
