Career Boost 4 PhD
During your Phd it is quite likely for you to concentrate on your research, very often without having the time or the resources to take into consideration your professional future. Yet the transition to the professional job is a journey to progressively build: it requires awareness, proper tools and a clear strategy.
This is why PoliTO's Career Hub organizes Career Boost4 Phd, a dedicated training program on career development designed for PhD candidates that supports Phd students in building their professional career.
The program offers practical tools for:
How the program is structured:
Duration: 24 hours
Distance learning/Presence: 3 in person modality (5 hours each) at the headquarter + 1 online meeting ( 5 hours) + 2 webinairs (2 hours each)
Attendance: you are required to attend all the meetings (you will find the full calendar below)
At the end of the program you will be given the possibility to apply for an individual meeting with a career coach that will help you in defining your goals or becoming more professionally attractive
Organizational details
Editions: 4 editions planned during 2026
Limited numbers partecipations: 25 partecipants maximum
Application deadline 2nd edition: April 22nd at 12.00
Selection criteria: first come first served in filling the application in
Credits: 12 hours of soft skills training activities are recognized by Scudo
