Tech Talk Fincantieri - La Nave da Crociera: un sistema complesso di costruzione e gestione
Take part in FINCANTIERI's Tech Talk and discover what makes a cruise ship a masterpiece of engineering, innovation and strategic vision!
Cruise ships are one of the most fascinating and complex expressions of engineering: their construction requires multidisciplinary skills ranging from naval architecture to robotics, logistics and energy management. Every system and component, from propulsion to cabins, is the result of integrated design and a global production chain.
Its management requires detailed planning, starting with the definition of customer requirements and ending with final delivery. Each phase is marked by objectives, deadlines, budgets and technical requirements to be met, with Project Management playing a key role.
In this Tech Talk, we will explore the many dimensions that make cruise ships an emblematic example of technical and organisational complexity, including innovation, sustainability and strategic vision.
Speaker: Guido Checchinato, Senior Manager, Merchant Ships Division
At the end of the meeting, there will be a presentation of Recruiting Day, which will explore areas of possible employment at Fincantieri (design, project management, production, procurement & supply chain, innovation, information technology).
To participate, you must register AT THIS LINK by 8 December - the link will be sent on 9 December only to those who have registered.
The event will be held in Italian.
