Biography
During her studies and in the period following graduation, Caterina collaborated with architecture firms, including DEMOGO in Treviso, Zeller&Moye in Berlin, and TheMa Architettura in Venice, further developing her professional expertise and design skills.
Currently, she is a PhD candidate in the 39th cycle of the Doctorate in "Architecture. History and Design" program at the Department of Architecture and Design at the Polytechnic University of Turin. Her doctoral research, titled "Unveiling Hidden Potential: A New Morphological Approach for the Underground Landscape", aims to analyze the urban form from a three-dimensional perspective, incorporating underground levels.
The goal of her research is to explore how integrating multiple urban layers can influence the planning of future cities. The study takes Italy as a reference case, with historical and design insights and comparisons with innovative solutions adopted across Europe.
