Research interests
Biography
Tiziano Bianchi received the M.Sc. degree (Laurea) in electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in information and telecommunication engineering from the University of Florence, Italy, in 2001 and 2005, respectively. From 2005 to 2012, he was with the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications (now Department of Information Engineering), University of Florence, as a Research Assistant. He joined the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications, Politecnico di Torino, in 2012, as an Assistant Professor. Since 2020, he is an Associate Professor. He is the co-founder of ToothPic, a startup offering breakthrough technologies for camera identification. He has authored over 100 papers on international journals and conference proceedings and is co-inventor of 4 patents. He is currently Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security and the Elsevier Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation and a member of the IEEE SPS Information Forensics and Security Technical Committee. His research interests include multimedia security technologies, multimedia forensics, signal processing in the encrypted domain, and security aspects of compressed sensing.
