Abstract

It is the shared interest of the parties, with a view to enhancing the entire Alpine area, to stabilize the activities already initiated, involving, in addition to the Department of Architecture and Design (DAD), other Politecnico departments such as the Interuniversity Department of Science, Design, and Territorial Policies (DIST), the Department of Structural, Building, and Geotechnical Engineering (DISEG), and the Department of Environmental, Land and Infrastructure Engineering (DIATI). 

The parties intend to transform the seasonal experience of the “Reinhabiting the Alps” Atelier into a permanent school where professors and students from the Politecnico di Torino will have access. The school will propose learning processes based on learning by doing and on-the-job training, formative laboratories, seminars, and workshops, among other activities.
