The collaboration between the social enterprise Stranaidea and the Polytechnic University of Turin involved the Department of Management and Production Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Turin in the analysis of the production processes and organisational model of the social cooperative, with a view to defining new lines of innovation. 

The project phases therefore had the following objectives:

1. the analysis of existing activities and operational processes, aimed at revising the organisational model;
2. the drafting of a proposal for the evolution of the organisational model, capable of supporting new directions for innovation and flexible to change, in line with the cooperative's value proposition and the analysis of key activities and processes.
