The presentation explores the technologies used to collect telematics data through IoT devices and their application in developing customer-oriented, value-added services such as personalized weather alerts and real-time driving coaching. The goal is to show how intelligent data integration can enhance the user experience, promote responsible behavior, and contribute to risk prevention. The contribution of telematics data to decarbonization and environmental sustainability goals—aligned with the European Green Deal—will also be explored in depth.
