The professionalization of research support staff: the new skills of research managers to support the international challenges of the research and innovation ecosystem

On July 10, the event "The professionalization of research support staff: the new skills of research managers to support the international challenges of the research and innovation ecosystem", will be held at the Energy Center.
organized by the RIMIN Department - Research, Business Relations and Innovation to initiate a discussion with European and Italian speakers on the emerging skills of research support staff in universities, research centers and other public and private institutions.

The goals of the event are:

• raise awareness of the professionalism of research managers in public and private research institutions
• to promote dialogue and collaboration of/by research managers with knowledge transfer managers, policy makers and other actors and actors in the research and innovation ecosystem in light of emerging challenges and new European policies
• identify new skills and training needs for practitioners.

It should be noted that some talks will be held in English.
