Call for Participation | Empowering Equity Academy 2025

Politecnico di Torino is opening applications to participate in the Empowering Equity Academy 2025, an initiative promoted by the European Investment Bank (EIB) to encourage women in STEM and sustainability fields, with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity.

The programme includes:

• A free online course from 29 September to 3 October 2025;
• A final in-person event in Luxembourg on 15 October 2025.

Up to 10 female students from Politecnico will be pre-selected, from which the EIB will select 40 at the European level.

Requirements:

• enrolment for the 2024/2025 academic year in a Master's Degree programme in Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino;
• acquisition of at least 90 ECTS credits;
• average grade of no less than 27/30;
• English language certification level B1.

The deadline for applications is 27 June 2025. To apply, please fill in this form and attach the following documents:

• Curriculum vitae in European format in English
• Certificate of English language proficiency;
• Motivation letter in English in PDF format, signed and dated (using Word format – max 2000 characters including spaces);
• Valid identity document.
