The Institute of Mountain Architecture is characterised as a nationally and internationally recognisable subject in the field of research on themes relating to the relationship between the built environment and the mountains.
The research centre is part of a dense network of national and international institutes and foundations already operating in this field throughout the Alps. In particular, it has become a privileged interlocutor both in terms of collaboration with local authorities and participation in interregional and European projects and funding.
