Biography

Stefano Quaglia is an urban environmental planner and PhD Candidate at Polytechnic of Turin in "Urban and Regional Development".
He holds a B.Sc. in "Regional and Environmental Planning and Management" and a M.Sc. in "Planning and policies for cities, environment and landscape" from IUAV and Technical University of Lisbon.
During his academic and work experiences, in both Italian and foreign contexts, he has developed specific interest and expertise in fields relating to urban and territorial planning, environmental science and political ecology, focusing on planning and management of urban food systems,
Currently his research interests are: urban forestry, urban forest governance, urban forest policy.
