The Cyber Analyst track is characterized by courses focusing on identifying, managing, and mitigating cybersecurity attacks. Special care is spent on studying and implementing methodologies and tools which help monitor and analyze network traffic through artificial intelligence techniques to detect cybersecurity attacks and prevent incidents. The student will deepen the principal methodologies and tools for planning, designing, and implementing vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
The cyber designer track focuses on the design and assessment of cybersecurity and privacy by taking into account the main technological and theoretical aspects of those subjects to identify and detect the vulnerabilities in IT systems and design adequate protection of such systems (e.g., starting from the application of security technologies up to review of organizational aspects). Special care is also spent identifying and evaluating an IT system's risks and threats by analyzing and evaluating the state-of-the-art models, paradigms, architecture, and technologies in this cybersecurity area.
The cryptography expert track focuses on studying and analyzing the main protocols and cryptographic mechanisms related to advanced technologies and current challenges like post-quantum cryptography, blockchain and its applications, cryptocurrency and token, functional and homomorphic encryption, cryptoanalysis, and Zero-knowledge proof.
Cyber Legal and Compliance Officer
The cyber legal and compliance office track is characterized by the study of legal and management fundamentals to properly evaluate the compliance of the cybersecurity measures, both at the design and production phases, concerning the current standards, regulations, and approvals. Another focus is also on forensic analysis and cybercrime methodologies and procedures.
