Abstract

Obiettivo del progetto è quello di svolgere un’indagine al fine di indagare la partecipazione inclusiva e la diversità nel mondo del lavoro sul territorio nazionale, approfondirne le caratteristiche, identificare buone pratiche per la promozione dell’inclusione e proporre strategie efficaci che possano essere trasferite ad altre organizzazioni, anche nel contesto pubblico.
