Biografia

I am a PhD student in Computer and Control Engineering at Politecnico di Torino (DAUIN), working on embedded cybersecurity solutions for smart city environments. My research focuses on enhancing the resilience and security of interconnected urban infrastructures by integrating advanced security mechanisms directly into embedded systems.
The increasing adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in smart cities introduces significant cybersecurity challenges, particularly in resource-constrained and safety-critical environments. My work aims to address these challenges by combining cryptographic techniques, anomaly detection algorithms, and secure communication protocols to enable real-time threat detection and adaptive response.
This research adopts a multidisciplinary approach, bridging embedded systems design, cybersecurity, and machine learning. It involves the development, implementation, and validation of secure and scalable solutions tailored to the dynamic nature of smart city ecosystems. Particular attention is given to efficiency, scalability, and practical deployment in real-world scenarios.
I have a background in electronics and embedded systems, with experience in secure hardware design, cryptography, and system optimization. My goal is to contribute to the development of secure, reliable, and trustworthy cyber-physical systems for future smart cities.
