The research investigates how access to information and services is designed within complex institutional environments, focusing on the experiences of international students within technical universities. Using Politecnico di Torino as a case study, it examines communication systems, administrative services, onboarding procedures, user support systems, and digital platforms to identify opportunities for improving coherence, accessibility, and inclusion. The study aims to develop design strategies for more effective, understandable, user-centered, and adaptable institutional services that can respond to evolving technological and organizational needs.
