This research investigates how university services can be designed and redesigned to make them more accessible, clear, coherent, and inclusive for students and staff. International students are the primary focus and are considered a key user group, as their experiences can reveal linguistic, cultural, informational, and administrative barriers. Through service design, user research, co-design, and accessibility evaluation, the study develops new services and improves existing ones, generating benefits for the wider university community.
