Biography

Pietro Testa received the Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electronic Engineering, at Politecnico di Torino, where he has joined the doctoral program in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, in 2022.
His main research activities focus on solar cells, and the use of radiative cooling technique to counteract their efficiency reduction due to the temperature enhancement. In particular, his is taking part of the EU project MIRACLE, which aim to try to develop a radiative cooler based on photonic meta-concrete (PMC), which is an inexpensive and scalable nano-engineered material.
