Biography

Architect, Ph.D. in "Building and environmental recovery", she is an Associate Professor in Architectural Restoration at the Department of Architecture and Design of the Polytechnic of Turin. She is the Coordinator of the master's degree course in Architecture for Heritage and representative of the Architecture and Design Department for international relations with Central and South America. Her studies and research interests are focused on the topics related to the conservation and the re-use of the architectural heritage with particular attention to wooden structures, earthen architecture, iron and reinforced concrete civil and industrial buildings dating back to the late nineteenth century up to the early twentieth century. She has participated as a speaker in numerous international conferences concerning the issues investigated. Among her pubblications: Ferro e architettura.
