Biography

Enrico Botticella is a PhD candidate at the Department of Management and Production Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, where he obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Management Engineering. His doctoral project explores the development of context-aware, agentic AI frameworks designed to simplify information retrieval and bridge the gap between fragmented explicit documentation and tacit expert knowledge. Driven by the human-centric paradigm, his work focuses on empowering operators during complex tasks such as troubleshooting, procedural execution, and decision-making, evaluating the impact of AI technologies across technical, human, and operational dimensions.
