Scientific branch

IINF-03/A - Telecommunications
(Area 0009 - Industrial and information engineering)

Research topics

  • Collaborative navigation for terrestrial users based on differential GNSS observations
  • Design of Bayesian filters for state estimation (position, velocity, and time) of terrestrial GNSS receivers (e.g. Extended, Unscented Kalman Filters and Particle Filters).
  • Localization and tracking of potentially harmful radiofrequency emitters for scientific observations and civil applications, focusing on RNSS radionavigation bands.
  • Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) threats detection, monitoring and classification with focus on GNSS natural and antropogenic threats.
