Biography

Alessandro Ciocia (Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. degrees from Politecnico di Torino (POLITO), Turin, Italy, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. He is a researcher in the field of electrical systems for energy at the Energy Department of the Polytechnic of Turin, and collaborates in courses related to photovoltaic and wind generation of electricity. His main research fields are the design, simulation of operation, development and monitoring of photovoltaic and wind systems connected to the grid and/or with storage systems.
