Use of collective and collaborative perception for automated driving at L4+ level
- Claudio Ettore Casetti
- Pandeli Borodani
Continuing my academic path, I earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Engineering, delving into the fundamental aspects of engineering and acquiring detailed skills in computer science and electronics. During my master's studies, I dedicated myself to specific courses on Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis. My master's thesis, titled "Enhancing Crowd-Monitoring Through WiFi Fingerprint Analysis," allowed me to explore the field of crowd-monitoring and people counting through simulations and the application of machine learning algorithms.
My primary academic interests revolve around computer networks, vehicular networks (V2X), and machine learning. In the course of my Ph.D. research, I aspire to integrate these interests to contribute to the enhancement of autonomous driving through connectivity and cooperation among vehicles.
