Biography

Francesco Settanni received his Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering (Cybersecurity track) and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Control and Computer Engineering Department at Politecnico di Torino, as well as a Research Fellow in the TORSEC - Security Group. His research focuses on security aspects of next-generation and cloud-native networks, including, but not limited to, areas such as incident response and management, and cyber threat intelligence, employing artificial intelligence to investigate and engineer novel solutions in the field. He has been collaborating on multiple EU-funded projects, where he has led technical activities related to these core topics.
