  • "Biomimetic Architecture. Adaptive Building Envelope in Complex Buildings" - The research investigates the application of the biomimetic approach in the design of adaptive technological systems for the building envelope in complex buildings.
  • "Space Architecture for Lunar and Martian Exploration" - The research investigates functional, technological and constructive solutions for Lunar and Martian settlements.
  • "Thermo-acoustic insulating panels for architecture based on agri-food and textile waste" - The research activity has the objective of giving value to waste from the Piedmontese agri-food and textile production chains, through the development of strategies, methodologies and transformation processes which can trigger their recycling as a secondary raw material to produce composite materials for sustainable construction and eco-design, according to the principles of circular economy.
