Biography

Graduated in Chemical Sciences (MSc, 2022) at University of Napoli Federico II, with a thesis in "synthesis of Al-based co-catalysts species for Ziegler-Natta system under industrial-relevant conditions", focusing on organometallic synthesis and polymeric materials.
After the graduation, I worked as Research Fellow for 1 year at University of Copenhagen in the Chemistry Department, under the supervision of Jiwoong Lee, working on PET recycling through CO2/NH3 catalysis and functionalization/upcycling of commodity polymers (PE/PS).
Later in October 2023, I joined Politecnico di Torino as Research Fellow in the project "Next-Generation Tires" funded by Michelin S.p.A. for replacing carbon black in tire manufacture with more sustainable filler components. In March 2024, I finally started the PhD program (39° cycle) in Politecnico di Torino with a project of synthesis of covalent adaptable networks (CANs) materials based on beta-amino esters reversible bonds.
During my whole experience, I had the opportunity to work on polymeric materials, chemical synthesis, material characterization and composite materials.
