Biography

Attilio Oliva is a PhD student at Politecnico di Torino, since March 2025 (40th cycle) in the NETGROUP research group. He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.

His research focuses on the Multi-Provider Cloud-Edge Continuum, aiming to optimize resource allocation, interoperability, and performance management across distributed cloud and edge infrastructures provided by multiple entities.

Beyond research, Attilio enjoys experimenting with and developing video games, drawn not only to their technical challenges but also to the intricate design choices that engage the human brain and create a sense of fun.
